completion of a first tranche closing of the private placement disclosed on
December 13, 2019 and issuance of 2,400,000 units for gross proceeds of
$300,000. According to the update, no finder’s fees were paid in connection
with the closing. In accordance with applicable securities laws and the
policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange, all securities issued under the
first tranche closing are subject to a hold period expiring April 14, 2020.
