Another example of the company’s product lines is their Healthy Pet Diner™ 4″, 8″ and 12″ feeders. They provide economical, healthy, elevated solutions for all size pets. The Healthy Pet Diner features a self-watering system and a ridge to keep food and water off the floor. They are aesthetically designed and provide ergonomically correct feeding for improved digestion and posture.
Along with an array of other products, OurPet’s Company offers their Store-N-Feed™ Diners. Store-N-Feed® is a modern, healthy dining system for medium and large breed dogs. Its adjustable height improves digestion, posture, as well as feeding comfort of senior dogs or those with bone and joint disease.
OurPet’s Company aims to introduce, continually, numerous new products each year. They offer approximately 300 proprietary products which include healthy feeding systems, interactive toys, healthy consumables, and cat and dog maintenance solutions. They have been granted 33 U.S. patents and an additional 60 are pending. They have also obtained 24 trademarks and have an additional 14 pending.
The Company markets their diverse product lines through pet specialty distributors and retail chains, grocery chains, mass retailers, catalogs, and E-commerce websites. Their international sales in the United Kingdom, Europe, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, and other countries are through local, independent representatives/distributors.
In February, OurPet’s Company announced the official launch of Clipnosis™ Gentle Calming Clip (Clipnosis Clip). Clipnosis Clip is a safe, painless, drug-free product that helps to calm cats under stressful situations. Under independent testing, OurPet’s Company confirmed that eighty percent of 93 million cats in the United States could benefit from the Clipnosis Clip.
Recently, OurPet’s Company reported record financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2010. 2010 Fourth Quarter results include Net Revenue increasing 25 percent to a record $4,690,500 for the 2010 fourth quarter, from $3,741,050 for the same period in 2009. Net Income increased 24 percent to $396,533 for the 2010 fourth quarter from $319,136 for the same period in 2009.
2010 Twelve-Month results include Net Revenue increasing 20 percent to a record $17,091,741 for the year ended December 31, 2010, from $14,251,786 for the same period a year ago. Net Income increased 27 percent to $986,534 for the year ended December 31, 2010 compared to $775,767 for the same period last year.
