Deer Consumer Products, Inc. (DEER) Announces Sales Expansion in Chinese Domestic Wal-Mart Stores

Deer Consumer Products, Inc., a leading designer and OEM/ODM manufacturer of home and kitchen electronics, recently announced that the company has expanded its global sales efforts to include the Chinese domestic markets. “Deer” branded kitchen electronic products will be immediately available at local Chinese Wal-Mart stores located in the Guangdong province, China’s most economically developed region.

With a 15-year operating history, Deer Consumer Products holds more than 103 patents, trademarks and copyrights and has experienced rapid sales and earnings growth in recent years. The company’s product lines include blenders, juicers, soy milk makers and other home-convenience appliances. Deer Consumer Products has more than 100 global clients, including Black & Decker, Disney, Toastmaster, Magic Bullet and Wal-Mart.

“While Deer continues to maintain healthy profit margins across all product lines, we anticipate significant revenue increases through various expanding distribution channels in the China domestic markets,” commented Bill He, the company’s chairman and chief executive officer. “Deer’s fully integrated model of aligning product design, internal manufacturing and quality control, supply chain and customers has helped establish Deer as an effective distribution platform for expanded product offerings in China’s fast growing small household appliance industry. We look forward to reporting our 2009 annual results by mid March of 2010.”
