Holloman Energy Corp. announced today that it has appointed Eric Prim to the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer. Mark Stevenson, Holloman CEO, commented, “Eric’s extensive management skills and engineering focus make him the perfect man for the job…we are happy to engage him more fully in this work.”
Eric Prim has been the Vice President of Engineering and Construction of Holloman Corporation since 1997, and part of the company’s Board of Directors since September of 2007. Prior to his involvement with Holloman, Mr. Prim served in senior technical management positions for Huntsman Corporation and Rexene Corporation. Receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Texas in 1982 and a Master of Business Administration degree, with Honors, from Amber University in 1987, he is also a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
