Sector 10 Inc. (SECT.OB) Board of Directors Provide Vision for the Future

Sector 10 Inc. has developed a unique product line that is allowing them to shine in the marketplace. Two of Sector 10’s showcase products are the Stationary Response Unit (SRU) and Stationary Response Media Unit (SRU-Media). SRU and SRU-Media provide pre-deployed resources as a way to save lives, avert injuries and reduce liability. These systems provide first responders and building occupants with first aid supplies, life saving equipment, occupant tracking through a real-time 3D interface, and emergency communications. This unique product line and success is a result of the strong leadership of the company’s Board of Directors, all of which have a track record of success in various fields.

Leading the way at Sector 10 is their Chairman Pericles DeAvila. DeAvila is responsible for all strategic, financial and operational aspects of Sector 10, Inc. and its associated businesses. DeAvila has entrepreneurial experience nationally and internationally with his beginnings in the construction industry. He was a construction manager for 11 years on large projects in Silicon Valley and in Seattle — including Safeco Field, the home of the Seattle Mariners. Mr. DeAvila was a co-founder of Dagcon General Construction, a 375-employee subcontractor in the San Francisco area, where he was instrumental in the development of metal frame construction methods for residential homes in the Los Angeles area. Mr. DeAvila also founded DeAvila Homes, a condominium development company in Seattle.

Along with DeAvila, Sector 10 employs Larry Madison as their Director. Madison has more than 30 years experience in public accounting. He comes to Sector 10 from the Chicago office of the international accounting and management consulting firm Grant Thornton International where he served in the tax quality assurance department. Prior to his work at Grant Thornton, Madison worked for 15 years in Big Four accounting firms and for 15 years running his own accounting consulting firm where he specialized in providing CFO services to small, private companies and in raising capital for start-ups.

Another Director at Sector 10 is Alan Rouleau, a construction industry professional in Seattle, WA. A veteran of the US Marine Corps, Rouleau has more than 25 years of multifaceted experience in the leadership of business and construction operations. He is an accomplished, successful professional in major program/general management roles over teams of eight plus professionals. He was also the founder of a drywall company in 1984 that serviced the residential and light commercial industry in the Manchester, NH area.

Rouleau has worked on projects such as the Adobe Waterfront, an architectural design project in the Seattle area. He also led a team of more than one hundred construction professionals responsible for construction and scheduling for a two-year contract at Safeco Field in Seattle, WA. Rouleau’s brings to Sector 10 a vast amount of experience which includes the development and implementation of safety plans in multiple construction scenarios. This process includes assessment, accident prevention, designating competence training and resource allocation to help companies become more profitable by implementing practical safety plans.

With a product line that is ahead of its field, and leaders such as DeAvila, Madison and Rouleau in place, Sector 10 is poised to make waves in the marketplace.
