Western Commercial Bank (WCBH.OB) Hires Robert W. Kagy as Senior Vice President

Western Commercial Bank, a provider of financial services to small and mid-sized businesses, entrepreneurs and professionals in San Fernando Valley, recently announced the hiring of Robert W. Kagy as senior vice president, regional manager. With more than 30 years experience in the banking industry, Mr. Kagy has an extensive background in San Fernando Valley working with small- and medium-size businesses, specializing in commercial lending, business financing and commercial real estate.

Mr. Kagy has served in numerous capacities as a senior officer of banking institutions, most recently with First Private Bank & Trust and Encino State Bank. He was also the founding chief executive officer of American West Bank, which was sold to U.S. Bank in 1996. Mr. Kagy earned his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from USC and a graduate banking degree from Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. Additionally, Mr. Kagy is an active member of the North Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Encino Chamber of Commerce.
