Today, China Voice Holding Corp. announced that it has received a letter from the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) that confirms the Company’s Form 10 Registration Statement has been reviewed and that there are no further comments.
Commenting on the SEC letter, CHVC’s President and Chief Executive Officer Bill Burbank stated, “We are grateful that the registration of our common stock has become effective with the Securities & Exchange Commission. This is a significant event toward our goal to create credibility and transparency to the benefit our shareholders.”
He continued, “We are now a fully reporting company and our common stock is eligible for trading on the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB). The appropriate filings will be promptly initiated and we expect to be trading on the OTCBB in the near future. Our next step, as previously announced, will then be to advance and position the Company so that we qualify for a listing on Nasdaq or the NYSE Alternext Exchange (formerly The American Stock Exchange (AMEX).”
