morning announced that 4,207,083 common share purchase warrants began trading
on the Canadian Securities Exchange (“CSE”) under the symbol ‘TCAN.WT’ as the
market opened today. The warrants, each of which entitle the holder to purchase
one common share of the company, were issued in accordance with a private
placement financing that closed in April 2019. The warrants will expire on
April 4, 2022.
