T3 Motion, Inc. announced today that they will be showcasing their clean-energy T3 Series electric standup vehicle (ESV) at the Cleantech Forum Paris being held April 26-28 at Le Meridien Etoile. The forum brings together leading European and global corporations, investors, innovators, CEOs and government officials for the region’s most important clean-tech event of the year. This is the second Cleantech Forum in which T3 has participated.
The efficient, all-electric T3 Series ESV is deployed worldwide in a broad range of applications, delivering major benefits in terms of dramatic energy cost savings, increased productivity and enhanced community relations. The T3 Series, a three-wheel, front wheel drive ESV, provides a zero-degree turning radius and compact design. It is 100% designed, manufactured, assembled and tested in the United States and is capable of speeds up to 20 MPH.
On April 11th, Fox Business News featured T3 on their “Countdown to Closing” television segment. The live interview between Fox’s Liz Claman and T3’s Chief Executive Officer Ki Lam was held in front of the T3 headquarters in New York City and showcased T3’s ESV and CT Microcar. Both are clean-energy, all-electric vehicles. The CT Micro Car is a quiet, comfortable, versatile, low-speed vehicle that can be driven on public roads (based on local requirements) with features that include safety belts, headlamps, windshield wiper, safety glass, four-wheel hydraulic disc brakes, four-wheel independent suspension, optional air bags, high-rigidity aluminum frame, and collision-impact-absorbing front and rear bumpers.
From a share structure standpoint, TMMM is a low outstanding share stock with less than 50 million shares issued and outstanding and a very high insider holding percentage. There are less than 10 million shares in the float.
