Friday, business and technology consulting firm, Premier Alliance Group, Inc., announced that it recently purchased assets of PeopleSource, Inc., a privately held technology staffing and consulting company. The deal follows an Asset Purchase Agreement dated September 18, 2009.
Premier Alliance Group will acquire substantially all of PeopleSource’s assets for $500,000, comprising shares of Premier’s restricted common stock and cash payouts. The transaction closed on October 1, 2009.
PeopleSource, Inc. is a longstanding reputable service provider with strengths in technology services. The company’s assets include customer contracts and industry relationships. Last year, PeopleSource, Inc. reported approximately three million dollars in annual revenue.
PeopleSource’s assets fit perfectly with Premier Alliance’s already existing services. The company provides consulting services to customers, dealing with core areas of business processes used throughout the corporate world. The company focuses on project management, business analysis, business consulting and strategic consulting, among others. The company’s typical services include compliance and regulatory, merger and acquisition, and business process reengineering efforts.
