Kenneth R. McKinnon, Q.C. in a strategic move to strengthen its board of
directors. McKinnon brings substantial financial oversight and business
advisory experience as an experienced corporate executive and director. He

of Touchstone Exploration Inc. and Alvopetro Energy Ltd. McKinnon previously
