Developer, processor, and marketer of healthy food products Fresh Promise Foods announced it has signed a long-term membership agreement with state-of-the-art, fully certified commercial kitchen facility PREP Shared Kitchens. Fresh Promise Foods will become the anchor tenant and a strategic partner for PREP’s first facility, located in Atlanta, Ga.

PREP’s concept, facility, and amenities have been designed to meet the unique and specific needs of its members, which has made it a culinary haven for food artisans of all kinds. After Fresh Promise Foods found out about PREP’s unique capabilities through word of mouth, company CEO Kevin P. Quirk immediately recognized the possibility of a long-term partnership in developing high quality, locally sourced food and beverage products. The caliber of other PREP members also provides a potential acquisition pipeline for Fresh Promise Foods, along with PREP’s ability to centralize procurement with suppliers, which can build buying power and improve margins.

PREP is fully licensed by the Georgia Department of Agriculture, the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the DeKalb County Environmental Health Department.
