Top Image Systems Ltd. (TISA) Secures Deal with Mul-T-Lock

Top Image Systems announced it has, along with its distributor Integrity Software, secured a deal with Mul-T-Lock, an international manufacturer of locking systems for commercial, residential, and automotive applications. Mul-T-Lock will be deploying eFLOW5, which is the latest release of TISA’s flagship eFLOW platform. Mul-T-Lock will utilize the platform to implement a capture-enabled purchase-to-payment workflow solution that will process thousands of invoices every month. Installation of the solution is slated for October 2013 as part of Mul-T-Lock’s company-wide plan to automate processes and improve efficiency.

Mul-T-Lock will deploy eFLOW INVOICE to optimize its business processes – in this case, the automated tracking, payment, and accounting of all company invoices. Beginning with the powerful generic eFLOW INVOICE package, TISA and Integrity Software consultants adapted and configured the package to meet specific company requirements for Mul-T-Lock. According to Mul-T-Lock’s specifications, eFLOW INVOICE will scan invoices, forward them to the workflow and approval process, and deliver the invoices to be posted to the SAP ERP system. The solution will incorporate eFLOW INVOICE with its workflow module and eFLOW INVOICE for SAP, which, combined, will enable end-to-end fully automated invoice processing and seamless SAP connectivity.

Mul-T-Lock asked TISA to pass a very detailed recognition benchmark. Though various other solutions were being considered, TISA won the business because of its high recognition rates and the ability of eFLOW to integrate smoothly with Mul-T-Lock’s SAP environment.
