Earlier this week, Pacific Entertainment Corp. announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form 10 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Once the registration becomes effective, Pacific Entertainment will be considered a fully reporting company by the SEC and its common stock will be eligible for trading on the OTC Markets Group Inc. OTCQB market. The new listing is expected to improve the liquidity and trading volume of the company’s stock.
