RF Micro Devices Inc., a global leading designer and manufacturer of high-performance radio frequency components and compound semiconductor technologies, today announced it will present a broad selection of industry-leading radio frequency (RF) components for the global mobile device market at the 2011 Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona, Spain, from February 14 to February 17, 2011.
RFMD’s portfolio consists of innovative RF component, including cell tower amplifier modules, cellular transmit modules, and front ends for Wi-Fi, WiMAX and GPS applications, among others. It is also expanding its portfolio to include wireless infrastructure products.

RFMD said it will also feature its 3G/4G wireless infrastructure product portfolio and its growing line of high-performance RF components for microwave point-to-point radios.
